Online psychotherapy for anxiety, OCD, trauma and relationships
I'm Oli, a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and clinical supervisor offering online therapy to people experiencing anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, trauma and recurring difficulties in their relationships.
My work combines practical ways of changing unhelpful patterns with a deeper look at the experiences and relationships that shaped them, so that you can understand what keeps you stuck and respond differently.

What I can help with
You might find yourself reflecting on your past experiences, caught in cycles of overthinking, struggling with intrusive thoughts, or noticing the same patterns repeating in your relationships.

You may notice that difficult experiences and relationships from the past still shape how you feel and relate to others. Therapy can help you understand that impact and change how much it affects the present
How I Work
My approach is relational and integrative, combining depth psychotherapy with practical ways of working with the difficulties you're facing. I'm interested in understanding you as a person, not just the symptoms you're experiencing, and exploring how your experiences and relationships have shaped the way you think, feel and relate to others.
I take an active role in our work together, bringing curiosity, offering my perspective and challenging you where appropriate. I want therapy to be a space where you feel understood, but also where we can question familiar patterns.
Understanding the whole picture
I believe therapy can involve both psychological depth and practical change. Sometimes it is important to take time to understand the deeper patterns behind what you're experiencing — bringing together the different pieces of your history, relationships, thoughts, feelings and behaviour to develop a clearer picture of what is happening and why.
My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on depth psychotherapy and my four-year core training in Transactional Analysis. This is complemented by further training and clinical experience in areas including anxiety, OCD, intrusive and obsessive thinking, trauma and relationships.
Where appropriate, I also incorporate practical, evidence-based approaches such as ERP and ACT to help you make meaningful changes in the present.
I don't see these as competing approaches; understanding yourself and making meaningful change can be complementary parts of the same therapeutic process.
